Deferred Annuities

Annuities are one way to plan for your retirement. At Rentz Agency, there is no confusing introductory "teaser" rates. Just a straight-forward fixed rate of interest. There is no front-end load or annual policy administration fee.  Up to 10% of the policy cash value is available each policy year without a surrender charge. The surrender charge is waived or eliminated under specific policy provisions, such as when in a nursing care facility or due to critical illness. Withdrawals can be made without a surrender charge during the 30 day period before completion of each Renewable Accumulation Period or after the fifth policy year when the retirement date stated in the policy is reached (minimum age 60).
